Agreed. Turns out I seem to have been using too much salt in my pandemic cooking as I seem to be retaining excess fluids. Also I've developed an unhealthy relationship with alcohol, specifically whiskey, that I am actively working to curtail.

The lockdowns have done far more damage to my health than multiple exposures to covid - with no infection due to 100% natural immunity - have done. I'm now cutting back on salt and alcohol. I've also returned to the gym for high intensity weight training. I've always heard bulk up, then cut down. We'll see...
