President Biden has signed into law a sweeping $1.5 trillion bill that funds the government through September and provides billions in assistance for Ukraine amid the Russian invasion.

Biden signed the legislation during a ceremony in the Indian Treaty Room at the White House on Tuesday afternoon that was attended by administration officials and Democratic lawmakers, including Speaker Nancy Pelosi (Calif.), Senate Majority Leader Charles Schumer (N.Y.), and Sen. Joe Manchin (W.Va.).

In prepared remarks, Biden highlighted the Ukraine assistance as well as other domestic programs funded by the massive legislation and said the bill demonstrated that Republicans and Democrats can work together.

The legislation stretches more than 2,700 pages and funds the government through the current fiscal year. It also includes $13.6 billion in humanitarian and security assistance to address Russia’s ongoing invasion of Ukraine.

So the SCAM continues thanks to Mitch McConnell and co.

Will anything change even if the GOP has the majority next year?

It has to...

How many more Trillion’s can the USA afford?

They talk in Billions like I talk in ones. I read that only 0.8% of the millions of covid emergency voting fund in Green Bay went to voting. Where did the rest of the money go?

Trillions. good grief.

At this point, government spending is completely decoupled from taxation. What could go wrong?

Again, a bill that NO LEGISLATOR read or understands.

Clearly dereliction of duty; nonfeasance; and a violation of their solemn oath to the People.

They got some gun control in there, the ATF can now deputize local law enforcement, and I believe there’s also something in there to investigate failed NICS checks which are typically false positives or misidentification.

Biden is spend, spend, and spend more of "We the People's" money.

Biden and all democrats and unfortunately some Republicans like to spend, spend, and spend more of "We the People's" money.

Pelousy will be 82 years old this month.

These DemonRats led by Obama, Biden, and Pelousy have started the definition of inflation. Do not spend money you do not have.

The DomonRats use the U.S. Budget as their piggy bank.

2,700 pages.... reading at 1 page per min = 45 hours nonstop reading. Our govt. really sucks. Nobody can read, comprehend and absorb that much crap in that much time. Such a scam.

How much of the Trillion plus $$$$$s will wend its way to the pockets of our congress critters? That is the question of the day!
Stop thinking that the “emergency funds” will go, in toto, to the country in need!

The DAMN, CORRUPTED, congress is made well off by their own largesse!

WARNING!
We have to stop the corruption. Stop the corruption or fold the constitution and the country, our privacy and our way of life.

I just asked Google if deficit spending is inflationary and it answered:

NO.

According to three sources.

(I did bother with the sources.)

So I tried Dogpile. It didn’t say “NO” but it showed a list of articles that said no, with an MSN article first.

So there you go.

Correction for above: I did *not* bother with the sources.

When you Google “Biden withholds Ukrainian aid” about getting the Ukrainian prosecutor fired, the results page falls all over itself with “FactChecks” claiming the story was a hoax.

Time to replenish corruption’s coffers, apparently.

Beat me to it... I’ve been thinking that this basic expansion of the ATF’s power coincides with their coming crackdown plans for 80%’s and also their redefining what a SBR is. Hope your locals are pro 2nd and turn down ATF dollars.
