They don’t even hide it. No matter how often it happens it shocks me when the media showcases it takes talking points from the government.
Gas prices started to skyrocket before Russia enhanced its invasion of Ukraine (remember that Russia invaded eight years ago). It’s no lie that gas prices will get worse because of the invasion. But it is a lie to blame it on Putin.

Brandon Oil Price was around $90/bbl for most of Feb, before Russia invaded Ukraine.
That compare to $53/bbl when illegal Brandon Junta Coup 1/20/21.
That is about a 70% increase in oil price due to Brandon, all inside 1 year, as a consequence of the intentional destruction of the US oil production and transportation/pipeline industry by the illegal Brandon Junta.
There is no hiding from that fact. War premium of Putin is compounded by the fact of ongoing USA oil industry destruction by Brandon Junta.
I am a director of an oil and gas company. We have been trying for TWO YEARS to get BLM approval of drilling permits in an existing production area stalled out by the BLM / Interior Department and NO JOY. The Federal government has us shut down on new drilling. And it is not even on Federal Land - it is on Native American Tribal Land.
The Native American Secretary of Interior, Deb Haaland, former Communist Squad Member of Congress, has oil drilling shut down on Native American Tribal Land.
Putin has nothing to do with this Brandon Junta Fake Government self-made economic energy catastrophe.
The latest spin of trying to blame runaway inflation on Putin is going to fool precisely nobody. We all recognize this started way earlier than the last two weeks.

My liberal loon sister in law keeps saying that high gas prices are “ the price of freedom”. Ridiculous on its face and obviously some media talking point that is being repeated like a mantra. My retort was it is the freedom to vote all of the clowns who created this inflation out of office.
