I was out at grocery where in PA here we have no mandates. The store I was at was heavily shopped by blacks. All of them masked up, masks below their broad noses. Most blacks are epigenetically slave minded and do what they are told. Part of the human race, but genetically broken.
Here in northern NJ (and across the river in NYC) I have noticed that the highest rate of mask wearing is among blacks and Asians. Asian-owned businesses also tend to require masks. Hispanic immigrants (native born Hispanics not so much) love the Biden Bibs as well, despite no mandate.
