The price slipped by about a half-cent to $4.325 Sunday.

Gas hit a record high Friday at $4.33 per gallon, according to AAA.

If it’s for the war effort, I’m good for at least another $buck a gallon but then it gets dicey

Look, releasing the strategic oil reserves when WW3 is impending lowered prices one penny for a day prior to going up again.

Pretty soon it’ll be cheaper to snort cocaine and run to work.

It’s not for any effort of any kind. The price is high because the dems hate oil and shut down our energy independence

Pump up your tires and drive with a light foot on the gas.

That's about all the average person can do.

Anybody remember the MobilGas Economy Run?

“$40”!? You must have a dinky tank. My Acura is at $60. Suburban at $70-80.

Gas went down a half-cent? Look for Ginger to brag about that on Monday as the fruits of Brandon’s decisive action of depleting the Strategic Petroleum Reserve.

Kind of like when Pocahontas bragged about the DNA test that confirmed that she was indeed 1/1,024th Native American.

We are governed by fools.

Here in central Texas, for regular grade gas, I've noticed a reluctance on the part of stations whether in town, or along the freeway (usually more expensive), basically anywhere, to go to $4.00 or above.

Everywhere has been stuck at $3.99 for days - which is weird given the way it's been shooting up and up day by day.

The scary thing is, this price isn’t historically high at all when adjusted for inflation. It’s lower than the average inflation adjusted price over the last 50 years.

Fill ‘er up!

The armored trucks to haul away the extra cash are full.

Need to pause for a short break.

A half cent pause!
So, instead of $5.00 and 9/10ths per gallon it’s $5.00 and 4/10ths per gallon. This is big news!

It’s like back in July, “President Joe Biden faced intense backlash late on Thursday after his administration bragged on social media that they had saved Americans a total of just $0.16 on the cost of food for Fourth of July celebrations.”
