If they all missed, they all missed very close together.

They were pretty inaccurate then, too.
Unfortunately, they occasionally “got lucky,” such as during a nasty assault on the Green Zone in the spring of ‘08. I was there processing out at the end of a mission during that time. I had gone with a friend to the Post Office to mail a footlocker home when one hit about 70 feet from where the desk I’d been using during my outprocessing was. (Phoenix Base.) A soldier working out in the gym was killed.
That was an awful time.
