President Biden on Saturday directed Secretary of State Antony Blinken to provide $200 million in defense aid for Ukraine, including for military education and training.
Biden directed the funding via a memorandum authorizing a drawdown.
A drawdown is an order issued by the president to assist countries in an emergency without first seeking approval from a legislative authority or budgetary appropriations, according to a Department of Defense handbook.
Saturday's memo notes Blinken can use the aid for military training and to provide general "assistance to Ukraine and to make the determinations required."

He’s waiting for Ukraine to surrender before sending in 85 billion worth of high tech military equipment for the Russians.

There’s no other explanation for the number of millionaires who became so on a $175k annual salary.
There’s no way a bumbling idiot like Joe Biden could become a millionaire without corruption, graft, and money laundering. There’s no way.

Personally, I am against the U.S. doing any of this. Let the EU take on this burden. They have the most at stake.

I think “millionaire” is conservative in the extreme. If you add his circle of friends’ and family’s wealth, “Billionaires” are more close.

More money laundering for Ukraine. Maybe Putin and Biden are running this scam together ?
Actually, just announce that we have officially transferred ownership of all equipment left behind in Afghanistan to Ukraine. All they have to do is pick it up.
More money to assure Ukraine is destroyed and Russia can find more of Biden family’s dirty dealings there.
