Given how much sleepy joe and his handlers hate this country I suspect armed federal officials would show up at drilling sites and forceably shut down wild cat drilling operations.

No, the drilling is done by private industry … and no company that is managed by people with an IQ over 70 is going to invest huge sums of money on drilling projects that are not permitted by the U.S. government.
