Where is Galts Gulch?
Galts Gulch is a place in Anne Rands fiction , related to John Galt. But there was a commune of libertarians established in Chile that turned out to be a scam:

But there alre also Galt Gulches in both Colorado and Idaho whichi I suspect are run successfully by Libertarian COmmunities.
