Spending Bill Includes Gun Control Passages That Can Lead To Mass Criminal Investigations of Potential Gun Buyers
National File ^ | March 11, 2022 | Patrick Howley

Second Amendment supporters are scrambling to stop the gun control passages buried in the text of the latest Washington “omnibus” spending bill, which passed the U.S. House of Representatives and then sadly passed the U.S. Senate to advance to the desk of Joe Biden’s White House handlers. A major pro-Second Amendment advocacy group is leading the charge to highlight the buried gun control passages in the more than $1.5 trillion bill. The bill reportedly finances the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) to facilitate a big Democrat cause: using local law enforcement to enforce the gun-grabbing laws of the federal government and to criminally investigate people who fail ridiculous background checks.

Oh great, just another little nugget they always plop in there. So, what were the Ukrainians doing handing out AK-47’s to their people, while Dems take ours away?

‘Local LE’ in our area know this won’t end well for them should they team up with the wrong side. We don’t fear them and they understand that.

Remember the date. 19 April, 1775.

History has a tendency to repeat itself.

Add 18 RINO Senators to the list. From GOA:

Linke to GOA’s take action: https://www.gunowners.org/na03112022/

These eighteen Republican senators voted with anti-gun Democrats in favor of the gun control’s final passage:

Barrasso (R-WY)
Blunt (R-MO)
Capito (R-WV)
Collins (R-ME)
Cornyn (R-TX)
Ernst (R-IA)
Graham (R-SC)
Grassley (R-IA)
Hyde-Smith (R-MS)
McConnell (R-KY)
Moran (R-KS)
Murkowski (R-AK)
Portman (R-OH)
Shelby (R-AL)
Thune (R-SD)
Tuberville (R-AL)
Wicker (R-MS)
Young (R-IN)

These Senators believe they were given political “cover” as other ostensibly “pro-gun” groups backed the compromise by refusing to publicly oppose the language.

Anyone engaged in Second Amendment politics that is not talking about the gun control in the government funding bill knows exactly what just happened and is fully complicit in its passage.

Gun owners need to speak out and demand accountability!

Oh great. We had the largest pay raise ever at my work, and I have been there 20 years. All it did was keep our pay the same. We have inflation but not Congress’ 21%.

If we are going to do background checks, there should be criminal prosecution for people trying to buy guns who have valid reasons barring them from doing so. Felons, illegal aliens, etc. Let’s clean up the loss of the laws can be enforced where it needs to be and leave the rest of us alone.

Cornyn only supports the second amendment when he’s trying to raise campaign funds.

Marijuana use is a ‘valid reason’ on Form 4473, despite legalization by many States. Who’s going to prosecute that?

That’s a big thing, they don’t go after potheads with guns. It should ve a major priority IMO.

If you’re going to lie on the form and use, you should be locked up, if you actually get possession. Trying to buy and getting denied shouldn’t be a big deal, which this seems to be suggesting.

18 GOP VOTED FOR GUN CONTRUL
https://www.gunowners.org/na03112022/

Congress just passed a law to deputize your local police as ATF agents and to fund criminal investigations into mistaken NICS denials of law-abiding citizens.Biden is set to sign the law before midnight. We need you to take action to help us hold those accountable for passing this gun control and to thank pro-gun allies who fought against this beside GOA.What just happened? On Wednesday at 1:30 AM, the House of

Representatives dropped a 2,700+ page, $1.5+ trillion spending bill containing the Violence Against Women Act Reauthorization Act (VAWA) and the NICS Denial Notification Act—both of which included gun control.

Barrasso (R-WY)
Blunt (R-MO)
Capito (R-WV)
Collins (R-ME)
Cornyn (R-TX)
Ernst (R-IA)
Graham (R-SC)
Grassley (R-IA)

Pot users? Well, so long as it its illegal and hopefully stays that way, yes, they should be prosecuted for perjury. Do you really want someone high on pot buying, carrying, and using a firearm? No, I don’t. And if their respect for the law is so poor that they lie, let them deal with the consequences.

Why can't we have a brave Republican simply enter this sentence into every single bill. One day it will go through and pass under their noses in 1000 page bills.

"18 USC 922(o) has been repealed".
