How can the prosecute someone who is dead? They could only be dropping he case, if pursuing it is still an option?

I think that the point is that this event has caused absolutely no reassessment by those in charge of the treatment of these people in view of the triviality of these so-called crimes. There is no statement showing even a glimmer of recognition of the injustice taking place.

If there remains a shred of decency in DC at least a single judge will reference this event while apologizing to the accused over what has come to pass.

Hell has not a hot enough spot waiting for Nancy Pelosi.

Hey. If the Democrats can impeach a former president who is no longer president, then they can do anything.

It wouldn’t surprise me if they file a civil suit against his estate. Just to punish his relatives.
