Great catch - and explanation of 'conspiracy'. I pointed out two years ago the investigation would have to become a conspiracy effort - NOT RICO!

I think most of us are reasonably certain that the DNC server was not 'hacked'! ... and note how Crowdstrike is now a major anti-hack advertiser on network TV.

There is also an exception to the statute for crimes where evidence exists in a foreign country. This exception would have to be approved by the presiding judge.
