Great catch - and explanation of 'conspiracy'. I pointed out two years ago the investigation would have to become a conspiracy effort - NOT RICO!
I think most of us are reasonably certain that the DNC server was not 'hacked'! ... and note how Crowdstrike is now a major anti-hack advertiser on network TV.

Actually, a conspiracy to obstruct justice or actually obstructing justice is just one MANY RICO predicate acts. There are many more predicate acts in play with Durham’s investigation. The statute of limitations for RICO is ten years. That SOL resets every day the conspiracy continues.
