President Biden’s secretary of energy appeared in a 2018 video where she sang about the end of gasoline and fossil fuels.
Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm made a cameo in a music video produced by environmentalist group Coltura for their anti-fossil fuels song "Gasoline, Gasoline (The World's Aflame)."
The video shows Granholm singing the group’s song, the lyrics of which call for leaving fossil fuels — dubbed "fossil fools" in the song — "in the ground."
The song also calls for the world to abandon fossil fuels in favor of electric vehicles.

I’m just curious: Have these morons ever done any studies, any tests, over what would happen in the real world should every car and truck suddenly turn electric? Do they have any data on how electrical grids could handle this load, or the amount of charging stations that would be required since charging takes much much longer than filling up a tank with gas?
They just spew this crap like it’s all going to work out perfectly, that everyone is rich and can afford to dump their old car and buy an electric one.
BTW- a LOT, a hell of a LOT of people today are financing their cars, me included. So how does that work out? Now I would have to finance an electric car while also financing my old car that I no longer can drive and can’t even sell?
There is no such thing as “fossil fuels” Very little, if any, of the hydrocarbon fuels extracted from deep wells was created by decay and transformation of formerly living organic matter into some form of kerogen, the generic name for the hydrocarbon compounds found in crude oil. By far the greater proportion was formed at the Mohorovičić discontinuity, that boundary between the stony crust of the earth and the molten interior, where all kinds of hellish reactions are going on simultaneously, the kerogen rising into the stony crust and forming the reservoirs of crude oil tapped into by drilling. And the main compound that drives this? Supercritical carbon dioxide, which acts as a solvent and behaves like a liquid under these conditions of temperature and pressure.
