Charge them with sex crimes. If a 17 year old woman can’t give consent, then 2 year old children can’t either. The fact they sought “alone time” with the children should be enough evidence of depravity. Needless to say the toddlers don’t understand their Miranda rights- so that isn’t why the agents were there.
