The law of exponentiality holds that small, almost imperceptible events slowly build until what appears to be a major cataclysm suddenly unfolds. It is the building of tiny cracks over time that eventually leads to the dam breaking, causing unimaginable destruction.
We are witnessing those tiny cracks now at an increasing rate in the political, economic, and cultural systems in the West, primarily the United States. They are building toward something that just a short time ago was unthinkable: the crumbling of the globalist American empire.
Of course, those who manage the empire rarely call it that, but rather use such amorphous terms as “the rules-based international order,” or the “post-World War II consensus.” My favorite is “global leadership.” Regardless of what you call it, the fact remains that a set of policies and institutions placed the U.S., and the U.K. before it, in the position of dictating a wide range of actions around the world. After 75-plus years, this system is collapsing, as is plain to see just looking at the international chaos.
Recently I was invited to attend an event that was, for me, one of those tiny cracks in the wall of the American empire. Its existence was telling, and in an odd way it provided me with unintended hope.

I happened to just get a call from the NRSC, asking if I supported President Trump and the America First agenda.
But the guy didn't like it very much when I pointed out that Rick Scott and the NRSC were supporting Lisa Murkowski and her ilk, who are hardly for the America First agenda.
He went back to his talking points but I wouldn't let it go. And he politely said thank you and hung up.
We're not playin the game anymore.
Give NO MONEY to the national republican party.
Find good local conservative candidates.
They assume we are stupid. Good, let them. It’s later than they think.
i got hung up on when I told them I would donate when the Amnesty Senators were all defeated.
Micro Rubio and John Hoeven are up this year.
Florida and North Dakota can prove they are not as stupid as SC by replacing them.
I get texts from the House and Senate Republicans saying to donate, but I won’t donate to anyone I believe is a bad player.
Besides, the monies go to the incumbents, when I want most all to be thrown out.
I only want conservatives, but if a squishy RINO who Trump supports wins their primary, I can grudgingly support that person, in a pinch.

That is a good read. Years ago Rush read an article from the New York Times about how they were going to abandon the working class and align with the super rich, super poor and urban hipsters.
Trump realized that all sorts of people of all colors were in the working and middle class without representation. Sadly too many Republicans don’t follow his advice and act like it is 1980, forever trapped in time.
I get tired of entering STOP to the constant bombardment of txt messages.
I would love to see an end to Amrican Adventurism, via NATO and regime changes. And I’d be happy to contribute lamp posts to help eliminate those who are on “Team America, World Police!” tm

in fact, our resistance, what you call cracks, i coined a term for long ago. i called it, “political gravity.”
Hoven is up but he will win re election as there is nothing standing against him. The ND Republican Party is as corrupt as anywhere else. Hoven is from an old line Bonanza Farm aristocracy and is a do nothing, go along get along assistant Dem.
we are witnessing the beginning of their scorched earth plan. They have nothing to offer they will be out of power if we ever get to that point and they have nothing to lose. Remember build back better. You have to destroy in order to build back better
Awesome. I do hope you help the folks that need it and are just miserly with the grifters. It’s easy to just close the checkbook or volunteer opportunities because of the grift, but that hurts us worse.
