And on and on it goes.
Anything that helps the People, these communist bassturds are against...no other way to describe it.
They destroy everything they touch....EVERYTHING.
It should be up to Congress to set the rules of commerce in states outside of California.
Neither Trump nor Biden should have the power of dictator.
Car makers, not being able to produce enough vehicles, would be wise shut down California operations. Let then commute on tree leaves.
DO IT, CALIFORNIA!!
We love watching you sink
Wow, we’ve got war, crippling inflation, crumbling infrastructure, and the powers that be want to focus on this kind of crap? Has this administration done anything for NORMAL American people? You know, the people that actually PAY the taxes in this country.
When, in the last 3 or 4 billion years, has the Climate NOT been changing?................
Didn’t California say it was banning Black Vehicles ? Isn’t that racist ?
Oh the people are just going to love you Joe.
Has that truck been converted to COAL?
If you liked $7/gallon gas, you’re going to love a $70,000 sticker price for subcompact car!
Yes, but other states want to do business in California which leads to a domino effect of the same BS in other states.
Greenlighting the Gavinfuhrer and his destruction of California ! A Petrie dish to spread these dangerous and noxious policies to other states!
I know...The people buying into this are ignorant beyond belief. Stupid to the bone.
“Car makers, not being able to produce enough vehicles, would be wise shut down California operations.”
Hopefully, California will enact rules to completely shut down any vehicular traffic within the state. That should free up gasoline for the rest of us.
California rules should be strict enough to prevent any liberals from cranking up, leaving their state, and heading this way.
California is a state of yellow dog democrats. Up to their armpits in human feces, they will continue to vote for their own destruction. Better dead than Orange(Man).
If it is subject to imperial edict, then Congress has unconstitutionally delegated its powers or the law is unconstitutionally vague.
Oh, it’s up to Congress all right. That’s why they (unconstitutionally) “delegated” their powers in this realm to the POTUS by way of creating unaccountable agencies with de facto legislative power (known as “regulations”). It is, in a way, poetic justice to see those selfsame agencies used as a tool to thwart the left-wing agenda; but of course they should not be there in the first place, the POTUS having other means to use the “take care” clause of the Constitution.
