Poland Supplies MiG29s to Ukraine
Polish Foreign Ministry ^ | 03/08/2022 | Polish Foreign Ministry

Posted on 03/08/2022 11:10:58 AM PST by pierrem15

The authorities of the Republic of Poland, after consultations between the President and the Goverment, are ready to deploy – immediately and free of charge – all their MIG-29 jets to the Ramstein Air Base and place them at the disposal of the Government of the United States of America.

At the same time, Poland requests the United States to provide us with used aircraft with corresponding operational capabilities. Poland is ready to immediately establish the conditions of purchase of the planes.

The Polish Government also requests other NATO Allies – owners of MIG-29 jets – to act in the same vein.

So if the Russians fire a few cruise missiles at the Polish airbases where these jets now sit or are being readied, does that constitute an attack on Poland and is article 5 of the NATO treaty go active? Will America then be at war with nuclear armed Russia?

“One billion dead according to NATO-Russia wargames.”

ALL COVID-related deaths. The hospitals could “clean up!”

Three times in a hundred years teaches you to be careful. Note they also requested, free of charge, replacement aircraft from the USA of comparable capabilities before the transfer.

“This would be an act of war on our part, PERIOD.”

I agree. The Mig chain of custody and our clear reimbursement for them. FOX reported yesterday (I believe it was Keane) that the majority of the Ukraine air power was intact. So why even broadcast this deal?

This is more of Biden trying to escalate to a point Putin retaliates directly.

(2) occupied Donetsk and Luhansk to hold referendum on future (certainly while the militia is in control, likely then to join Russia)
***Russia wouldn’t even be all that interested except that oil was discovered in those regions. Russia gets 60% of its revenues from oil exports. Europe gets 40% of their oil from Russia.

In 2012 massive oil and gas reserves were found in Crimea. Crimea signed a $10 billion exploration contracts with Shell and Chevron to develop the new found oil and gas fields. These oil and gas products would compete in Europe with Russia’s oil and gas, reducing Russia’s oil revenues, which we recall amount to 60% of their total GDP. Russia annexed Crimea in 2014, cancelling the contracts with Shell and Chevron.

But Ukraine still had massive reserves in, you guessed it, Donetsk and Luhansk, and other areas East of the Dnieper River. In 2019, Energy Secretary Rick Perry visited Ukraine, and soon after Ukraine awarded exploration contracts to a consortium of U.S. oil companies. Again, these oil reserves would compete in Europe with Russian oil, so Putin is invading Ukraine to shut down this latest attempt to extract Ukrainian oil and sell it in competition with Russian oil.

This explanation makes more sense to me than the “Putin feels threatened by NATO expansion” excuses for the invasion.

With a much more manageable world population, that is.

The billionaires, multimillionaires and politically connected Elites don't need a giant staff for their personal Pleasure Planet.

They need less of us, of course - a LOT less.

How about western Mig on Russian Anti Aircraft missile battery kill ratios. Are we going to execute wild-weasle missions on Belarus or Russian targets?

I was hoping this was more fake news, but apparently it is for real.

Well, they (Poland) were sane for a couple of days, Refusing Joebama’s idiotic warmongering offer. I wonder what these Polish politicians were promised in exchange for escalating the world so much closer to global nuclear war.

Russia has said that any nation that does that, they will declare war.

So what happened 50 years ago does not apply.

And why is there a mainstream media gives us nothing from the other side. As far as I’ve seen they have not aired one Putin speech. Bin laden was on the TV quite often.

So do they pull back to fight another day, or use nonconventional resources? The use of nonconventional would be a very short war.

There seems to some misunderstanding about who would be getting nuked in this "nonconventional" war. The answer is the Ukranians first and Europe second using small tactical weapons. Maybe one or two.

The US and and Russia aren't going to start lobbing strategic weapons like ICBM's at one another.

The Ukrainians and maybe the Europeans seem to have lost sight of this.
