Either she’s too stupid to figure out that limiting profits cause shortages or she thinks that the public is that stupid.
Well, she did mention ‘profit margins’. That’s a start. Maybe she could be made to understand that as costs rise so should profits for future investments. Maybe? Nah. Probably not.
