They put him on trial first because they knew it was a slam dunk. Watch the evidence get more flimsy as the rest come to trial.

This is the first that I have heard that any January 6 defendant had a gun. I wonder what kind of gun it was.

Prosecutors, quoting Reffitt's own words, argued that the defendant "lit the match" on the west side of the Capitol, where some of the most brutal attacks on law enforcement took place. I forget the exact figure -- after all the bodies of the dead cops were counted was it in the hundreds, or was it over a thousand?
