SOUTHLAKE, Texas — After the Department of Education’s civil rights enforcement arm announced in November that it was investigating students’ allegations of discrimination and bullying at the Carroll Independent School District in Southlake, conservative parents and politicians were outraged.
Southlake Mayor John Huffman issued a statement suggesting that the federal investigation might have been launched to retaliate against the city for electing three school board members who opposed a plan for new diversity and inclusion training programs, which they characterized as a ploy to indoctrinate students with critical race theory.
The Southlake Families PAC, which raised tens of thousands of dollars campaigning against the diversity initiative at Carroll schools, sent an email to supporters floating the possibility that the civil rights investigation was being steered by the Department of Justice as part of a broader plot against conservatives.
Whenever I hear:
Diversity
Inclusion
Multiculturalism
Tolerance
I am predisposed to view the source as either dangerously naieve, or destructive and evil.
How many divisions does the DOJ have? Ignore them. The rats do when they don’t like a ruling.
Departments of education are forced to embrace the “diversity and inclusion” mantra as a means of explaining the waste of billions of dollars over several decades without producing noticeable numbers of literate, employable blacks. They either admit their failure (due to watered-down grades, ineffective unionized teachers, and social promotion) or blame “racism”.
They’d be as credible if they blamed Trump or Putin...
When I hear those words, I know I am listening to an excuse for underperformance and failure - that will be blamed on someone else.

There shouldn’t even be a Federal Department of Education.
The fact is, anyone can claim that anything is Racist. Race Baiting Poverty Pimps and the Perpetually Professionally Aggrieved have demonstrated this time and again. Snow is Racist, Math is Racist, Good Grammar is Racist, the idiocy goes on an on with no end in sight. These people are so used to being able to use their Race both as a Crutch and a Club for so long because everyone is afraid of being labeled “Racist”. It’s Racist Extortion and any surrender, no matter how slight and seemingly insignificant, just perpetuates the LIE that America is “Systemically Racist”.
Federal probe indeed we see a lot of that now Bumbling Biden and his stooges are in the WH.
