Isn’t the oil moving now, albeit more slowly, on Warren Buffett’s trains? I would think that that would be an avoidable bottleneck in the supply chain. But, Warren did cough up millions for Biden’s campaign, so I guess he’s owed.
Railway cars full of oil past through our central Alberta towns/cities hourly…no one predict when the next derailment will happen, but at least the XL pipeline will never leak.
