Let me re-frame that.
And what security guarantees does Israel have that Syria/Egypt/Jordan/Lebanon won’t invade...
Seems to me if tiny Israel can share borders with simmering foes without guarantees, Russia and Ukraine can pull it off. It’s less a matter of “can they” than it is of “will they.”
