The deputy minister of defence for Belarus has reportedly submitted his resignation and claimed he cannot support the current Russian invasion of Ukraine.
Major General Viktor Gulevich, who is also the chief of the general staff, argued that Belarusian military unit personnel refused to take part in hostilities and that the Armed Forces of Belarus could not complete a single battalion group.
Mr Gulevich is among a number of Belarusian officials facing economic sanctions from the UK government because of their closeness with Vladimir Putin.

The FR Putin Puffers will have to form up a battalion group to fill the void. After all, they each said if you supported the Ukrainians, you had to fly over there and take up arms, so the sames applies for them.
Documents: internal document; passport to travel abroad; documents confirming your record of military service (service in law enforcement agencies) and participation in the combat; other documents as requested by the Defense attache or Consul.
Unfortunately, many FR puffy chested armchair generals will fail the document requirement ...

There are photos showing a Polish man crossing the border with hugh bags of “kit”, and headlong bound to join the fight.
An American was also quoted as joining.
This is reminiscent of American pilots going to Canada to fight Nazis two years before Pearl Harbor engulfed us into fighting WWII.

Amazes me when some folks cite to those supporting Ukraine as a reason to support Russia, while ignoring the much worse horror show of those supporting Putin.

What exactly is that supposed to mean? Their army is disorganized? There were no volunteers to fight for the Russians? Anyone understand this?
Your point is well made. But, it would be amazing if many from Belarus signed up, IMHO.
All of these could be true. And, also, possibly, that there isn’t enough functional equipment.
