“Affirmative Action” has made any accomplishment by any black person suspect.
That is just the way it is—one of many reasons Affirmative Action must end.
Enough is enough.

Harrison pointed out that Jackson graduated Magna Cum Laude from Harvard, Cum Laude from Harvard Law and was the editor of the Harvard Law Review.
That's impressive...I guess? I don't know what Harvard's actual standards are these days, and whether real accomplishment plays much part in their admissions, grades and honors.
To: lowbridge
I’m sure she didn’t do well on standardized test but got straight A’s from her professors on subjective grading.

Not “the” editor; one of “many” editors.
To: lowbridge
Maybe there should be a written standardized test for all US judges annually with scores published publically.

Harrison pointed out that Jackson graduated Magna Cum Laude from Harvard, Cum Laude from Harvard Law and was the editor of the Harvard Law Review. Those things have all devolved into awards for political conformity - how about an objective measurement like the LSAT score?

I can see how this could be perceived as racist... BUT, the fact is affirmative action in schools has led everyone to question if a blacks degrees were earned or “given” due to Affirmative action.
I have no doubt there are tons of brilliant blacks out there, and it’s a shame that liberals pushing affirmative action has made us all have to question their degrees.
To: lowbridge
A judge picked on race and gender. Qualifications be damned.
She is nothing but a affirmative action hire. Every citizen should be outraged by this.

Ketanji is pretty big about not prosecuting drug crimes. So during Ketanji's confirmation hearing, someone ought to ask her what she thinks about a particular pot prosecution and conviction here, and another one there, etc., never saying the name of the state AG that was behind them or that they were all in California...
All in front of the Senate President (VP Kamala) who was that California AG.

Didn’t she rape someone?I heard she once dressed up like a man in white face and went into the little boy's room and raped a kindergarten kid.

There are classes on how to take the LSAT.

“This came just days after he attacked her very nomination, saying she would humiliate the Supreme Court and make the U.S. look like Rwanda.”
Tucker says it like it is. But as usual some people find the truth offensive.
