In early February, the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center in Dublin, Georgia, sent a letter to 4,594 veterans alerting them of possible exposure to infectious diseases including HIV, hepatitis B and hepatitis C as a result of “discrepancies in reprocessing reusable equipment.” Since then, reports WALB.com, patients have tested positive for possible infection.
The news station did not report how many veterans tested positive or whether the diagnoses have been confirmed and definitively linked to the Veterans Affairs facility.
“So people have tested positive so far?” Manuel M. Davila, the medical center’s director and CEO, told the news station. “Well, at this point, I don’t know the number, but yes. Absolutely.”

What about hepatitis?
Bingo! The vaxx damages the immune system allowing latent viral infections and cancers to progress unchecked. The vaxx has the HIV gp120 insert yielding false HIV positive tests. It's a false HIV result, but the vaccine acquired immune deficiency syndrome is a real consequence. The claims of improper sterilization of surgical tools is intentional disinformation to distract from the vaxx injuries.

nope ... but various kinds of extremely expensive endoscopes have to be reused and have to be properly sterilized, which require extensive and elaborate procedures to sterilize properly ...
I’m still not buying it. HIV and hepatitis are not surface contaminates. They don’t survive for very long at all outside of a human host. They require “blood-to-blood” contact, usually inside the body. Even “insufficient” cleaning would be enough to render them harmless.
These infections are from blood products.
So someone at the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center failed to properly sterilize instruments for pretty much the entire hospital for about a month.
All staff at the Dublin center has been retrained, according to the VA Center.
I bet it was one idiot, or one faulty piece of equipment. Whoever is responsible should be FIRED, not retrained.

The putrid fruit of "don't ask, don't tell," and then full "inclusion" in the military. It's only going to get worse.
Based on my experience at a soup kitchen, there are a lot of guys who are vets who aren't in good shape physically or mentally.
There are no doubt gay veterans getting treatment from the VA, along with others that become homeless and addicted to drugs. Hopefully not too many vets were exposed/infected.
