Children of rich Russian oligarchs and the country's elite are urging peace in the Ukraine and Vladimir Putin to stop the bloodshed.
The young adults are using their social media feeds and statuses as influencers to try and stop more carnage unfolding.
Among them are Roman Abramovich's daughter, the child of a Kremlin spokesman and even the daughter of Putin's own political mentor.
The comments show how the next generation of Russia view the ongoing conflict.
It also suggests some gap between Putin's government and younger people living in the country.
Ksenia Sobchak, a socialite and former Russian presidential candidate, has led the condemnation and urged peace.
The presenter - who has denied being Putin's goddaughter - said on Instagram: 'The main topic - a real conflict with Ukraine, in which no one, including me, believed until the last. When Russia recognized the self-proclaimed republics of Donbass, it seemed that this was already a kind of intermediate finish.

This is true. The invasion has upended their livestyle. Look at the guy who owns Chelsea. He has to sell the club...and they are already questioning what net proceeds means. Sure, I am sure there will be all kinds of shenanigans in accounting..it’s the Hollywood way. Just ask the actors who are dumb enough to take a percentage of the profits.

Yes, I am an American and I think her lifestyle should be jettisoned since Putin had a hand in that lifestyle.
Btw, her daddy got notice of the invasion before it happened as seen by the things he did right before the invasion.
