Unfortunately didn’t 2 RINOs from Texas who voted for the 1/6 commission win their primaries with more than 50%, so no runoff?

Van Taylor was the only Republican incumbent facing a runoff. So what ever “RINOs” you might be referring to won outright.

As per Ballotpedia:

Incumbent Van Taylor and Keith Self were the top two finishers in the March 1 Republican primary. . . . Taylor received 48.7% of the vote, while Self received 26.5%. Suzanne Cassimatis Harp received 20.8% of the vote, Rickey Williams received 2.7%, and Jeremy Ivanovskis received 1.3%.

The January 6, 2021, breach of the U.S. Capitol was a prominent subject of disagreement in the race, . . . Taylor was one of two Texas House Republicans— . . . —who voted on May 19, 2021, to establish a commission to investigate the breach.

So there may be only on so called RINO by your definition who won reelection.

The other person to vote for the commission got 78% of the vote in his primary.

Tony Gonzales 78.7 22,697
