"I think President Biden and Sullivan, his National Security Adviser have already given some indication of their readiness to accept something like that,” he said. “They’re not going to have any choice"... Sounds like Biden's crawdad diplomacy...

So, now NATO has no teeth. At least this tiger once known as America, currently led by a dilapidated ole fool named Bi-den is toothless. Just shows you what happens to the country when dimocrats are in charge. Klinton, GW Bush, Obammy and now this old fool. Just one mess after another.

I concur. Vlad has made his declarations over and over again. Recall how many early on correctly stated that this was all so unnecessary because Ukraine was never actually going to be a part of NATO so why not publicly, and clearly, state that?
Additionally, I'm sure most will recall Biden's speech where he talked about a minor Russian into Ukraine and then said something like, “We'll have to see what happens after that.”

And maybe you might give yourself a break from the pro-Russian propaganda.

LISTEN. THE TRUTH IS SPOKWN.
To: ScottinVA
I read very widely—all sides of this topic.
There is plenty of propaganda on both sides—but imho the “pro Russian” version is stronger on facts than the “pro West” version.
That is not my fault—that is just the way it is.

The last Japanese soldier to surrender was on Guam in 1974.

Tucker Carlson is in Charles Lindbergh territory. After the war, Lindbergh was about as welcome as a lump of dog-doo. Any pol or public figure who supports Putin needs to reconsider. Not for idealistic reasons. To keep their careers.

I don’t know much about him. I don’t watch Fox and only catch Tucker occasionally when a piece of his shows up on my YouTube feed.

East of the Dnieper is not a third of Ukraine as Col MacGregor suggests, it is about half
And the Russians are not limiting their occupation effort to east of the Dnieper, they are trying to take the entire Baltic coastline and central Ukraine west of the Dniepr
If we suppose that the four military districts into which Russia has divided Ukraine were designed for not just military but political significance, which seems likely, the buffer state Putin imagines between Poland and Russia's new Ukrainian provinces is quite small
Russia has larger territorial designs than Col MacGregor is supposing

Neither the U.S. nor the rest of the non-China world has to acquiesce to anything. Refuse to recognize the legality of that action, and keep debilitating sanctions on Russia for however many years/decades Russia stays there. Boot them from every international organization, deny them travel and visa rights to our countries, etc..
Why not?
Because otherwise, China is going to look on this and figure it can grab what it wants as well under the same reasoning.
