Tarrant County leaders are looking into the county’s voting equipment after delays in election results from Tuesday’s midterm primaries.
Tarrant County Judge Glen Whitley made the announcement at a watch party for former Fort Worth mayor Betsy Price, one of the five Republican candidates in the running for the county judge seat.
As of 10 p.m. Tuesday, the only available elections results for the race were early returns. In the early

It’s amazing how slow computers have gotten these days. /s
....and how dumb they’ve gotten. I remember seeing cash counters in Vegas. Could count 1 million dollars in 5 mins. Machines counting 30,000 votes? 6 days to 3 months
Tarrant County has been famous for mass vote fraud for many years. There used to be videos on You Tube about an investigation that was done years ago. Even the judges were in on it. It also turned out that all means were used to protect that vote fraud. Even all the way up to the executive branch.
Hopefully they’ll be/get smart and stay far, far away from anything (machinery) or person associated with Dominion. Including all the subsidiaries. Bunch of thieves. They need to be severely neutered by 2024.
They have one major job that requires them to count votes about three times a year. You would think they would be ready for that to happen and would have tested the system several times just prior to election day to make sure there were no major failures. There is no excuse.
Before I retired, I worked at a place that had about four major events to produce each year. Each year, the events worked smoother than the last because we had “after action” meetings following each event to address any issues that may have come up.
Something like the voting process should be refined and made more efficient, not less efficient, each year.
Gee, I’ve always wondered, why do certain counties always seem to have issues with voting machines?
Just one of those inexplicable mysteries of life I suppose.
Fed voting law needs to be changed to require a pre-audit and post-audit of every state election.
Pre-audit includes 1) all ballots printed with unique identifiers on same paper; 2) voter rolls have been cleaned of dead and relocated voters; 3) machine updates to OS done and passwords changed for next election.
Post audit includes 1) all ballot transit logs are complete; 2) confirm all machine accesses during the election
