A second round of talks between Russia and Ukraine has been scheduled for Wednesday, according to local media in both nations.
The delegations will meet again after failing to reach peace Monday during negotiations at the Belarusian-Ukrainian border Monday that lasted five hours, Zerkalo Nedeli in Ukraine said.

The Ukrainians will to fight has surprised and unnerved him.
