It’s massive, it’s collapsing due to global warming, and when it goes, sea levels are going to rise by a significant amount, perhaps by 10 feet.

Then the Obama’s wasted $50,000,000 or whatever on that waterside mansion on/near/whatever to Martha’s Vineyard.

And all of LA will be underwater when this happens, SD, too, SF/Oakland...

Right now, I live about 35 miles from the Gulf of Texas - and my elevation is above 10’, so I’m thinking that’ll just move my house to waterfront property.
