I was hassled by a homeless man in downtown San Francisco at least 20 years ago. It was bad even then.
The bum followed me for a block demanding money until I turned around and told him I was going give him the worst beating of his life and that Inwould enjoy kicking his unconscious body. I don’t think he expected that because I was dressed in a suit and tie.
Yes, I took the tie off before confronting him because what idiot wants to be choked by his own clothes?

I worked in Waco for several years and almost every stop light there was someone begging. I always said "No", no ifs ands or buts. The second "request" was usually more forceful, trending to a demand. That's when I'd show them the business end of my Glock 36, 45 ACP and say, just as forceful "NO! And I won't say it again."
They would immediately move to the next car in line.
