Not really. Ukraine is receiving a wave of modern arms from Europe including whole squadrons of fighter aircraft from Poland (most likely). Finland just announced a massive shipment, too. Ukraine are not really getting much at all from Brandon. Just promises.
Logistics say neighboring countries are the ones that should be providing arms first. Use the damn NATO money.
