Kyiv has survived another night under Russian attack with Putin's 'demoralised and exhausted' troops suffering 'heavy losses' trying and failing to break through defences in the city's outskirts, Ukraine's commander has said.
Colonel General Alexander Syrsky, who is in charge of defending the city, said on Monday morning that 'all attempts' to breach the city failed and that the situation is currently 'under control'. 'We showed that we can protect our home from uninvited guests,' he added.

Yes...I haven’t seen all this that Ukraine is claiming.....carpet bombing? Reporting on this war is all one sided....and even that’s not showing much.

Will you please just quit on calling people Putin lovers etc. There are people here who want to know what’s actually going on. And that’s very difficult to know at this juncture.
Over the years, I have found the Daily Mail to be one of the more accurate, with the least bias of any ‘news’ source. I still take their stories with a grain of salt.

In another video of the same scene, there are citizens with crates of molotov cocktails on the left side of the overpass...If those tanks insisted on passing thru, they would have gotten it.

There’s nothing new about Ukrainians doing that....they do so in every conflict they’ve had. Even stopping Ukraines tanks.
Carpet bombing is done in a very specific way using large air craft bombers.
Usually B52s were used.
Ukraine doesn’t have such aircraft.
A true carpet bombing leaves devastation.
I’m calling out the report itself.

The report doesn’t say Ukraine carpet bombed, it says Russia carpet bombed.
I want to see the destroyed 56 tank column the Ukrainians took out yesterday. It’s a real shame the Ukrainians were co opted into the Red Army in 1941. These Ukrainians would have done the same thing, blowing Operation Barbarossa completely up. Here’s you live webcams of carpet bombed Kiev this morning. Wow, Stalingrad all over again.
