Ever notice how in most of the black communities are often has mostly the KFC, Checkers, Popeyes food stores then pawn shops, stripper bars, tattoo parlors, barber shops, blood donation store and the payday loans and check cashing stores?

And in those communities the billboards advertise things like "Complete your GED" and "Become a medical billing specialist in just 10weeks" classes. And yes, they vote mostly Democrats
