Sorry to be MIA again lately, I have been having a tough time with my back pain.
No meds have been working so finally a friend came over and gave me
something that started to work. What a blessing. I will be complaining
again to my doctor, I need this when times are tough like this sciatica.
Not to worry...gotta take care of yourself first.
