White House press secretary Jen Psaki suggested that Russian President Vladimir Putin’s isolation during the pandemic could be affecting his decision-making as he pushes on with his deadly invasion of Ukraine.

I don’t know the exact parliamentary procedure, but I believe the Republicans could shut down the functions of the Congress demanding that the president be examined. That ain’t going to happen. What I know they could do is block continuing funding resolutions until they are presented with a proper report and medical examination on Joe

Putin told Biden to his face if they didn’t back away from pushing Ukraine to join the West (EU, NATO, energy, etc.) he would invade the 2 historically Russian territories.

It doesn’t stop me from feeling horrible for the civilians, and hoping that they individually fight back and win their skirmishes, and aren’t just slaughtered. I’m not sure the Russians are big on prisoner-taking.

If you’ve followed Putin over the years the change in the past 2 years is readily apparent. Wearing masks in a market is nothing compared to how Putin isolated himself.
