Got a little problem with that....
1) I also live near one of those West Coast cities.
2) If he DOES do that, all that radioactive fallout will blow to the EAST...right over America’s Heartland...where we grow our crops...and livestock of various kinds.
The midwest/east would be unlivable just from the ground bursts at the ICBM silos in ND/Montana and elsewhere. Look at the fallout maps from just a purely military strike on the US. Very little would remain viable.
Don't worry about that. NASA tested that scenario way back pre-1970's over the corn crops in Ohio. We now grow the best sweet corn around. It was from a report I saw while doing a decommissioning for NASA.
