I always respected your opinion, so what leads you to this conclussion?
And, in honest discourse, I am rooting for the Ukrainians, and see them in the same light as the Canadian truckers. I could give a fig for the governments of any country, in my opinion, they’re ALL evil: USA, Canada, Russia, Ukraine, Germany, France, China... The list is endless.
The real question is will laws be passed to allow them to keep and bear arms.
I can help but admire and respect the Ukrainians. To hell with Putin
War is brutal.....there’s a reason why they’ve been telling people to stay home. Anyone traveling at night is a target.
To help bring you up to speed: in 2014 Obama organised the Ukrainean colour coup, installed puppets and stole Ukraine's gold.
You can certainly tell who the morally and mentally confused ones are. I would never want them on my side for anything. They are worthless in their confused states.

I have been to Ukraine. Loved the people. No different than the Russians really.
The trouble is Putin now feels he needs to hit his objective of dismantling the government there. He can’t back down. Ukraine is using propaganda to make its citizens fight. The longer this goes the more likely someone is going to really step in it, and then NATO gets involved, then everyone gets glass parking lots.
It’s terrible what is happening, but we pushed a lot of this ourselves.

Russia hasn’t put all her assets into play yet.

You’ve seen the video I hope. These people were stopped at a checkpoint, pulled out of their car and then *shot dead in cold blood*. No conceivable fog of war.
The next driver fled for his life. Possibly running over one of the newly killed passengers.

If anyone are benefiting from this Russian debacle, it is the people of Taiwan. Putin has made a catastrophically bad decision and ultimately he will be held accountable by the political dynamic that governs Russia. IMHO Putin will be deposed within months.
Xi has taken close notice. If Russian tanks could not run over frozen ground and defeat a determined foe, how will Xi’s only child largely combat inexperienced army and navy, armed with untested locally made armaments, ships and warplanes mount a successful invasion across 90 miles of open ocean if the people of Taiwan show even a portion of the grit demonstrated by the Ukrainians?
Xi knows if a Taiwan invasion fails, he, his family and supporters will be deposed in not a very gentle manner.
So Putin ‘moves the borders’... Problem solved.

Many of the 18,000 who got a free rifle are now engaging in robbery and killing Ukrainian soldiers.
Here's where I disagree.
WE didn't start this. The Deep State/Globalists did.
To me the alignment of opposition is the Globalist Elite, of which Putin is part of, against democratic people who just want to be left alone, who don't want to be mandated by governments on ANYTHING, whether it be a shot, what their kids learn, what some fat cat can skim off their hard labor, what some professor who is raking in big bucks from Green communists telling us no more gasoline or air conditioning, forcing us formerly free people (especially Americans and Canadians) into European-like, God-forgetting subjects.
There needs to be a new Enlightenment. Not the one of Paris 1789 but Philadelphia 1776.
But yeah, the marching boots are probably inevitable. It's still better to die on one's feet than live on one's knees.
