It’s quite the other way around. LA MWD keeps working hard to steal water from NorCal, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, Utah, Oregon, Washington, the Great Lakes, the Missisippi, Canada, and even Alaska.

If Putin ever loses his current job I’m sure MWD would hire him. He’s their kind of guy.
