FBI’s Operation to Infiltrate Right-Wing Extremist Groups Lies at Center of Transparency Lawsuit By Ken Silva February 23, 2022 Updated: February 23, 2022 biggersmaller Print An FBI right-wing infiltration operation tangled in allegations of witness tampering, evidence suppression, and connections to the Oklahoma City bombing has been exposed through one man’s unprecedented Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the U.S. government.
And the case isn’t over yet.
Utah attorney Jesse Trentadue’s 2006 FOIA lawsuit against the FBI and CIA for Oklahoma City bombing records is indeed still an open matter, having been sealed and litigated behind closed doors since 2015 over witness tampering allegations.
Trentadue’s case is unprecedented, according to Judicial Watch. It’s rare for a FOIA case to go to trial and even rarer for one to entail allegations as serious as witness tampering, according to Judicial Watch senior investigator Sean Dunagan.
“We’re one of the largest FOIA litigants in this country, and we’ve never been involved in anything that involves that degree of alleged misconduct by the [FBI],” Dunagan said. “It’s astounding.”
Trentadue declined to comment on the sealed aspects of the case, including when the litigation might conclude. However, he did agree to an interview about the events leading up to 2015. He also provided The Epoch Times with access to a trove of court documents, transcripts, and other records that show details about the federal government’s domestic counterterrorism operations.
His records describe an FBI program known as Patriot Conspiracy (PATCON)—a secret operation to infiltrate right-wing and domestic extremist groups.

Fantastic find...
Ahhhh the FIB. They convinced me to be a terrorist complainer at a school board meeting. Third time this month.
May I ask a question though? Why the middleman site on it’s way to the epoch times as the original source? And why just the whole post from Epoch times shy one remaining paragraph?
Does no one follow these through to the original source anymore? May has well gone through to the original source and posted the whole thing...
Yes, very good article describing the determined work for years to reveal the truth about FBI spying on citizens.
Epoc Times is subscriber only but permits a free article through their site if requested by a current subscriber wanting a friend, etc to read a specific article.
If right wing extremist groups are so prevalent, why can’t I find one to join?
there are a few far-right groups that look dangerous
but
the PRIMARY dangers are clearly the Commie/Nazis/DNC types on the extreme left
“ Right-Wing Extremist Groups”
That’s you and me folks.
In my smallish community a couple of years ago, a gun store opened selling new sidearms only...no used stuff, no long guns...and NO ammo. This was a small shop, maybe 20’x20’ with a small back room. There were 3 or 4 “clerks” when I went in looking for ammo. They were cookie-cutter-looking agents of some sort, not the typical good ol’ boys from my area. Has anyone else noticed this sort of thing in your community?
For extermist groups try the VFW or the Fraternal Order of Police. If you want a mainstream group try Communist Party USA.
Because getting through all the hurdles to get hired by the FBI is pretty tough, and FBI folks are the composition of most of those 'right wing terrorist groups'.
The FBI has been causing the problem it now seeks to investigate.
“the PRIMARY dangers are clearly the Commie/Nazis/DNC types on the extreme left”
Danger to who? Danger to regular Americans, of course it is the commies.
But the commie/nazi/dnc types are the ruling class or funded by the ruling class. They pose no immediate danger to the ruling class. In the long run, the Ruling Class should study the French Revolution.
These requests might bear interesting fruit. Story is that an hour or so after the OKC Bombing, an OHP Trooper stopped a driver on I-40 heading east. Fit the best description of the mysterious accomplice of Timothy McVeigh. Dark complexion, clothing, etc. After holding him for about 40-minutes, the Trooper was told “Go along. Nothing to see here.”
The Trooper thought something was fishy about the whole thing, especially the guy’s I.D. and story about where he had been. Later, nothing checked out about the guy and the FBI was strangely incurious.
Understood
The govt certainly doesn’t represent or rock for the citizens
"Did you really think that we want those laws to be observed?" said Dr. Ferris. "We want them broken. You'd better get it straight that it's not a bunch of boy scouts you're up against - then you'll know that this is not the age for beautiful gestures. We're after power and we mean it. You fellows were pikers, but we know the real trick, and you'd better get wise to it. There's no way to rule innocent men. The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren't enough criminals, one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws. Who wants a nation of law-abiding citizens? What's there in that for anyone? But just pass the kind of laws that can neither be observed nor enforced nor objectively interpreted - and you create a nation of law-breakers - and then you cash in on guilt. Now, that's the system, Mr. Rearden, that's the game, and once you understand it, you'll be much easier to deal with."

Indeed, like firemen/arsonists lighting their own fires so they can play the hero.
What is that from?
