Refusal to surrender to these terms means that Russia takes over Ukraine now but gets severely bloodied in the process.

The ukranians shot down 3 KA-50/52 Attack Helicopters today, the russians have 132 in their inventory. Who knows how man tanks and APCs were shot up. or how many soldiers/paratroopers were killed.
