You cannot sell a firearm you make yourself that was intended to be transferred to another unless you hold an appropriate license, serialize it, and keep records. You CANNOT transfer a weapon to someone outside of your family without the background check.”
According to the unconstitutional federal firearms laws on the books, together with the unconstitutional regulations promulgated by an agency that sounds like the ideal convenience store (Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms - you want it, we’ve got it!)

Several states, including California, have made it illegal to sell a gun without government permission.
