I have never been a fan of NATO. Our troops should have pulled out decades ago! Let the Euro weenies and greenies handle their own affairs.
All class A uniforms and civilian wear were boxed and shipped to the rail stations and everyone was issued arms and ammo.
We all thought we were going to fight, but the bluster over in a few months but Berlin was changed with the wall being built.
We all had our tours extended by six months.
It was our own fault for not kicking the Reds ass right after WW II.
We gave them half of Europe.
