This little prog is a real piece of work.

This is what he voted for recently...

U.S. Rep. Gallego
voted for:
U.S. House Joint Resolution 46
Terminate border wall emergency declaration
To terminate President Trump’s declaration of an emergency at the U.S.-Mexican border, which allowed him to bypass Congress and re-allocate funds to build a border wall.
Passed 245 to 182 in the U.S. House of Representatives on February 25th, 2019

U.S. Rep. Gallego
voted for:
U.S. House Bill 1644
Re-impose federal net neutrality rules
To reinstate Federal Communications Commission rules that would regulate Internet service providers as public utilities. The rules would prohibit providers from offering pricing models that let websites or customers pay more to get faster speeds; prohibit providers from blocking or “throttling” the speed of certain websites; and impose other restrictions how providers may manage their networks.
Passed 232 to 190 in the U.S. House of Representatives on April 9th, 2019

U.S. Rep. Gallego
voted for:
U.S. House Bill 4617
Expand restrictions on online campaign ads, regulate foreign involvement in elections
To expand federal regulations and restrictions on online political communications, mandate that social media companies keep detailed records on individuals and organizations sponsoring political ads, require political campaigns to report offers of foreign assistance, prohibit foreign nationals from contributing to ballot initiative and referendum campaigns, increase restrictions on U.S. political campaigns soliciting support from foreign entities, and make it a federal crime to mislead voters about the time and place for voting and qualifications to vote.
Passed 227 to 181 in the U.S. House of Representatives on October 22nd, 2019

U.S. Rep. Gallego
voted for:
U.S. House Bill 4
Mandate federal approval before some states can change voting practices
To mandate that states or local governments must get approval of the federal government before they make changes to voting practices in certain circumstances. This mandate for federal “pre-clearance” would apply to any state that has had 15 or more voting rights act violations in the past 25 years. The mandate would apply to local governments that have had at least 3 voting rights act violations in the past 25 years.
Passed 228 to 187 in the U.S. House of Representatives on December 5th, 2019

U.S. Rep. Gallego
voted for:
U.S. House Resolution 755
Impeach President Trump for abuse of power
To impeach President Donald Trump for abusing his power in calling for the announcement of a Ukrainian investigation of a political rival (Joe Biden) in exchange for a meeting with the president and the release of previously-approved foreign aid. Upon passage of these articles of impeachment, the Senate will now hold a trial on removing the president from office, which would require approval by a two-thirds majority of senators present for the vote.
Passed 230 to 197 in the U.S. House of Representatives on December 17th, 2019

U.S. Rep. Gallego
voted for:
U.S. House Resolution 755
Impeach President Trump for obstruction of justice
To impeach President Donald Trump for obstructing justice by directing White House officials to defy subpoenas and otherwise obstructing an impeachment investigation being held by the House of Representatives. Upon passage of these articles of impeachment, the Senate will now hold a trial on removing the president from office, which would require approval by a two-thirds majority of senators present for the vote.
Passed 229 to 198 in the U.S. House of Representatives on December 17th, 2019

U.S. Rep. Gallego
voted for:
U.S. House Concurrent Resolution 83
Direct President Trump to end hostilities against Iran
To adopt a non-binding House resolution directing President Trump to end military action in or against Iran unless Congress authorizes such action.
Passed 224 to 194 in the U.S. House of Representatives on January 8th, 2020

U.S. Rep. Gallego
voted for:
U.S. House Bill 6172
Renew foreign surveillance authorization
To renew provisions of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) that permit the federal government to collect business records and other information during national security investigations without a warrant. The FISA law allows a federal judge to approve such collections without notifying the target or hearing opposing arguments. The bill would also to expand the circumstances that require FISA judges to hear from a government-appointed critic of such requests, and increasing the number of FISA courts.
Passed 278 to 136 in the U.S. House of Representatives on March 10th, 2020

U.S. Rep. Gallego
voted for:
U.S. House Bill 6201

San Jose Calif politicians want homeowners to voluntarily ‘take in’ homeless persons.

NO MENTION of ANY recompense for food/utilities/damages/etc.

The county/city cannot build homeless facilities fast enough-—and the more you accommodate them, they more that show up.

So: Fill out this questionaire: ???

I would take in :

A. A serious drug offender who steals to support their drug habit.

B. I would take in a sex offender of who attacks victims of all ages.

C. I would take in a chronically mentally ill person whose family has known for years that they (he or she) is very dangerous.

D. I would take in a person with a life long criminal record who cannot be trusted.

E. Anything else you can think of.

YUP-—Sign me up for helping.......

NOT !!!!!

I don’t think these drivers work for a trucking company. They are independent owner operators..USA Trucks or TMC are not going to let drivers use their trucks for protest.

It will not be possible to vet all the “legit” truckers and trucks. Feds will be able to insert themselves into the convoy at any of 100s of on ramps. Then they’ll uncover their sides, showing giant confederate flags, etc.

Be smarter than a buffalo.
——————

IIMO, Most citizen Patriots won’t fall for obvious DS propaganda such as Nazi flags and the lying media telling its lying lies. I’d also venture to say that only snowflakes would be offended by a confederate flag.

The USA is NOT Canada. We have moral and Constitutional standing regardless of what the DS tries to intimidate us with (like the J6 intimidation arrests).

There is no maybe about the convoy being infiltrated by bad actors, but they’ll show themselves soon enough - they can’t help it.

Inside every Democrat is a screaming fascist yearning to be free. Too bad there are the pesky little problems of the First Amendment which includes the right to petition the government for redress of grievances, and the Due Process Clause of the Fifth Amendment which prohibits the arbitrary taking of private property. The Congressman seems not to have even a passing familiarity with either provision. My fear is that some federal judge may decide that just as the First Amendment neither protects the right of someone to yell fire in a crowded theater, nor does it protect the right of the truckers to protest a policy that impacts their lives in such a direct manner because the increased traffic that may result from a large caravan will cause unnecessary traffic problems. If the First Amendment is found not to apply, then there may be no due process issue involved in simply seizing private property of a “domestic terrorist” and giving it to someone else.

The fact that infiltrators are expected, will let everyone know they have to watch and listen for the bad guys. Chatter will identify anything suspicious quickly, and that driver will be stopping somewhere if only for a minute.

About 18 yrs ago I was trucking west one winter night on I-74 between Champaign and Bloomington, Il, when a clever plan developed to get a bad driver in a car off the road. The guy was possibly under the influence of something but was not driving eradically. He just wouldn’t get out of the ‘hammer’ (fast) lane.

He would drive along side a slow truck, and hold up traffic. If the slow truck slowed way down, the nut would stomp it up to the next slow truck and drive along side it. He would even drive in the fast lane to keep from being passed, then move to the slow lane if someone tried to pass on the right.

I was about a mile behind and heard the whole sequence, and flat as it is through there could see it unfold:

The dude caught up to a couple of slower trucks that purposely ran side by side, which forced him to pass on the shoulder (emergency lane), but that didn’t work because a truck in front of the truck in the right lane moved over too and slowed down. Now there were three trucks side by side blocking this dude at 65 mph. They slowed to about 50, as other trucks came up from behind. He had nowhere to go, as there was several inches of snow off the pavement (pavement was dry).

All this chatter had been monitored by a state trooper who came up, with discos on, and blew by me in pursuit. The chatter alerted the trucks to move to the slow lane, and let the trooper through.

If the trooper hadn’t come, the plan was to ‘escort him’ up the next off ramp. There was one trucker involved that said he had done something similar in the past. He calmly directed the whole thing, and was the truck that blocked the emergency lane.
