Russian President Vladimir Putin did not watch a speech by U.S. President Joe Biden announcing sanctions on Tuesday and is currently in a meeting, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov told the RIA news agency.

Well everybody knew what those sanctions would be. And certainly not a big deal for Russia.....those in the Duma knew this was coming so they’ve long taken their monies off shore. Plus Russia’s tripped it’s reserve since 2014. They know Biden’s game plans.
I did listen to Biden’s speech.....just his walk across the floor to the podium was like a little kid unsure of his next step. Blubbering through his words, unfortunately people are accustomed to, and definitely did not come across as a strong man by any means.
Further saying this is a UNITED ordeal.....he’s just plain wrong. Europeans are not all on board with Biden.

Obviously Putin was afraid to look into Biden’s steely gaze of resolve. Like two blasts from a shotgun. Not even his plastic surgeon could soften that hardened stare. Chilling.

The trouble with that nut case is, he thinks Putin is a kid right out of high school, who needs him for college funding.
