“That’s okay, Biden has already destroyed the US oil and gas sector.”

Well, that’s a little overstated but I understand the sentiment. We have lost significant production.

Pre Biden daily oil production: 22mm barrels

Current daily oil production: 19mm barrels

Decline: 13.6%

I dont think that’s so much what’s going on.

My theory: Putin intends to re-integrate the geographical territory of the old Soviet Union.

I think he has to do this. Why? China’s “Road and Belt Initiative” could eventually strangle Russia, and the Ukraine is significantly invested in it.

Ukraine is going down and I’m praying DC has the sense to stay out of it. That’s what I expect, and I believe a unified Russia is the best outcome we can hope for. We’ll have to wait and see.

“...Putin disrupting world order and destroying democracies...”

Ukraine has never been, and is not now a ‘democracy’.

I don’t see Russian names on the WEF playlist. Why is that?

Not only that, but wouldn't it be interesting to see Putin get ahold of documents that would put many dims in a very precarious position.

Yes, it is. It’s also a cash cow for the Military-Industrial Complex, to develop and test new hardware.

That’s really stupid. Then we would be stuck providing oil and gas completely to Europe. Our energy costs would abosolutely beggar us.

Russians want to be part of Russia...Period. The Russians in Ukraine are tired of being told to be Ukrainians or nothing. When the coup which installed the Chocolate King happened, Russians in Ukraine were threatened...told not to speak Russian...not to teach Russian in school.

Nasty administration.

Zelensky inherited a mess and it won't go away easily.

Russians want to be a part of Russia. It's as simple as that.
