Every damned one of them is a lawyer.

This is the biggest problem with politics. There are only two types who run for (and have the bandwidth) office. Lawyers and insurance agents.

The are opposite sides of the same coin.

I'll need to bookmark this thread for catering and the menu. Crow will be the only thing served.

Except nobody is going to jail because no one is going to be charged because nobody is going to do anything other than talk about it.

Wassamatter?
Ya don’t remember when Lyin’ Ted told the world about those evil Trump supporters (IIRC he called them “followers”) causing all the violence at the Trump rallies in 2016?

This leopard will NEVER change his spots ‘though maybe he’s trying to hide them under that beard.

“Most jurisdictions have laws against electronic wiretap”

How about spying on DNS messages? Is that all they are accused of?

Can’t say for sure. The DNS servers are secure. If they gained access through a hack, that would be illegal. If they leveraged the work at Georgia Tech, that would seem fraudulent.

“The DNS servers are secure”

But the DNS messages travel through the internet and can be recognized by snoopers.

it’s a shame Trump didn’t order a special prosecutor to investigate Hillary on his first day in office, and appoint another to investigate Biden before he left, along with a blanket pardon for all Jan 6th protestors.

He dropped the ball.

I could be misinterpreting, but it sounds like they had a complete list for DNS lookups which would imply a hack of the server data, or a wiretap of the phone communications at the Whitehouse (very unlikely).

Yeah. Jail is not enough. The gibbet would be a start, as it was for the perpetrators regarding the demonic termination of another great President.
