A pair of winter storms will wring out more snow and ice during the week of Presidents Day from the West to the Plains, Midwest and Northeast.

True to form for the typically busy month of February, the weather pattern is setting up for an active week ahead, with impacts over much of the country.

FORTY-NINE by me, tomorrow. Then, they're giving me an 'ALERT DAY' come Tuesday for LESS THAN ONE INCH OF SNOW! Why? Because I might forget my Flip Flops on the porch tomorrow afternoon? *SMIRK*

Good Lord! How DO these people keep their jobs? If you were THIS wrong about your job nearly every day, could YOU keep it?

*ROLLEYES*

Geez. You’ll be about 15 or 20 degrees warmer than me and less snow.

We are down east in Elizabeth...going to be 65F here today then -10 Tues AM and stays frigid for three days.

We’re at 6600ft.

We have some elderly alpacas so we coat them up and hope for the best.

We’re barely hanging on in South Alabama. 70 degrees and pure sunshine. I’m stocked up, though, and think I can ride it out. Here’s a live webcam of our situation.
